nothing better to do

Well, hello everyone! What a awakening I have been having. I read Eckhart Tolle's book on The New earth and have been listening to him on Oprah and realised that I have been asleep for so long. Now That I have past half a century life seems to be zooming past too fast. It jumps from monday to friday at the blink of an eye. One day I had 4 kids in my car and now I have non. I dont have to yell for them to come down for lunch or dinner or to get them out of the house for tuition. Its nice to have the peace and quiet time. But it can be too dam quiet sometimes that I wish I can rewind the cd and hear their voices laughing or shouting through their mike at their game members.
But like Eckhart says, we have to live in the now and not think too much or at all of the past and the future. To be here and now is to be alive. to savior every moment of our being. to be quiet and to hear god speak to us. To feel him in our presence.i I owe the lord a lot! I owe him everything I have, everyone I love and and all that I am.

Ever since I joined the ladies sharing group a couple of months back my life has changed for the better. Not that it wasnt good before!
